Nour Thabet leads Strategic Partnerships and International Relations at ARCB Venture Labs, directing institutional engagement across the ASEAN corridor, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and the broader Middle East.

She brings proven experience in bilateral partnership development, cross-border investment facilitation, and diplomatic coordination — previously fostering engagements with embassies, ministries, and institutional corporations, and leading international trade dialogues that scaled institutional membership.

Fluent in English and Arabic, she holds certifications from Google (Project Management Professional), HRCI, the University of Maryland, and the Wharton School — combining structured institutional discipline with an international outlook that aligns with ARCB Venture Labs' cross-jurisdictional mandate.

Founded in 2022 as ARCB Group's infrastructure arm, the Labs were spun out to close one specific gap: institutions could already buy digital assets, but they had nowhere to hold them with the audit posture they required everywhere else. Custody, compliance, and assurance had to be built in from day one — not bolted on.
